Moneta is a non-bank financial institution (NBFI), a leading company in Kosovo based in Pristina, specializing in providing financial services. Licensed by the Central Bank of Kosovo and MoneyGram International, Moneta offers money transfer services, and payment services through its network of agents, throughout Kosovo.

About the position:
We are looking for a new team member for the position of Junior Business Development Manager who will join our business department in Moneta.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Market research on locations and suitable businesses for cooperation with Moneta related to money transfer and payment services as well as other services;
• Responsible for completing and submitting documentation for licensing new agents;
• Maintains the network of existing agents;
• Trains agents on the rules and procedures for processing Moneta’s services;
• Constantly researches competition locations;
• Continuously promotes the services of the Employer;
• Continuously contacts, supervises, and assists agents;
• Responsible for the continuous supply of agents with working material, reporting on the destruction of assets, and advertisements;
• Organizes and supervises various promotions throughout the country;

Key requirements and qualifications:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Driver’s license (B category);
• MS Office skills;
• Knows the terrain (places in Kosovo);
• Knowledge of the English language;
