About us:
Moneta is a non-banking finance institution (NBFI), a leading company in Kosovo based in Prishtina,
specialized in offering financial services. Licensed by the Central Bank of Kosovo and MoneyGram
International, Moneta provides the services of transferring money, and payment services through its
network of agents throughout Kosovo.

About position:
We are looking for a new dedicated, professional, and motivated colleague to join our team in
Operations Department in Moneta.

Main responsibilities and duties
▪ Manages phone calls carefully by handling client’s requests;
▪ Serves as a bridge between Moneta and its agents;
▪ Provides operational support and technical assistance to the clients and agents of the
corporation;
▪ Receives phone calls and provides solutions regarding transfers and payment services;
▪ Answers all incoming calls and assists customers with their requests or issues;
▪ Receives phone calls and forwards them to the respective department;
▪ Compiles daily and monthly operational and statistical reports;

Requirements and main qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree or last year student;
▪ Prior experience in the call center;
▪ Good knowledge of MS Office (excellent working skills in Microsoft Excel)
▪ Excellent communication and written skills in English;
▪ Active listening skills and empathic approach towards the costumers;
▪ Excellent communication and managing time skills;
▪ Have the ability to work in groups and individually;
